Cartoon Animal Portraits

My studio burned on the day after Christmas in 2004. All of my paintings comprised of 94 mostly portraits were burned up. One of my teachers always said, "Your first hundred paintings are crap. Paint them as fast as you can and then get on with your good paintings." After the fire I didn't feel much like doing "real" portraits, and instead painted large animal portraits. Most are animals, animals with people traits, or combination animal/people. Some are odd cartoon people. I paint them for me, but I hope you enjoy them, too.
